I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Car Center Collision Repair on Alpine Ave in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I called them on Thursday, just after 3pm to see if they would be able to provide me with a quote to fix my bumper after a gentle collision. Daniel said they were open until 5pm and would be happy to look at it. I arrived at the shop around 4pm. He assessed the bumper and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. On Friday, I met Chris. Daniel explained everything to him and Chris took my vehicle in to be fully evaluated. My car was fixed and ready within 25 minutes. Both Chris and Daniel were very professional, they truly care about their customers, and they more than exceeded all of my expectations! Please do not hesitate to call them if you need any collision or body work done on your vehicle!

I don't enjoy leaving this review and honestly I was stunned each time I had to go back and point out that the replacement front clip and light for my Audi A4 was not on right. I can't remember if it was three or four times that I had to point it out but they did finally get it right. (I forget the total but I think they got paid almost $4,500 by AAA to get an aftermarket front piece and aftermarket light and install them.) In the mean time it made me feel like a crazy person and like they were trying to mansplain to me like maybe I was imagining it. What kind of quality control do they have if they don't notice big gaps between the hood and the headlights on one side and a further distance from the tire on one side than the other and the thing just looking totally askew when you walk up to it. Fortunately I had my ex-husband with me the first time when they said it was done and looked horrendously noticeably off and we left it there. And then the two times after that it was just me, pointing out that I didn't want to take it looking like it did all crooked and things. It was a AAA insurance job and I'm kind of amazed that they are on the list of qualified body shops to do repairs. I don't know if it's just cuz it was an audi. I think the third time the guy was all excited because he had seen a YouTube video or something and figured it out that the Audi Hood had knobs that you turned to adjust the height or something and they were able to line it up better that way. It should be noted though but the hood was not damaged or out of original positioning when I brought the car in. At one point someone actually tried to tell me that maybe it had been in an accident before and the hood wasn't positioned correctly, to explain to explain why they couldn't line up the front piece correctly. The whole experience took too long and was very stressful. Towards the end I asked if I could talk to the owner and they said he wasn't around very much. When I finally took the car I was driving home from work in the dark when I realized the side with the new headlight was totally Goofy and the bright didn't work correctly or look the same. I was so disgusted and sick of dealing with them that I never went back or even got my bulb that insurance paid for. I don't know if these other reviews are real or maybe they just can't work on foreign cars but if a lay person like me can walk up to their car and see everything not spaced correctly and looking crooked I don't know how on Earth The body shop could attempt to let one go like that. ? I wouldn't recommend them to anybody especially with a foreign car.
