This company towed my vehicle with no knowledge after I placed a note in my window that I was having my car towed due to the water pump going out. I just purchased the vehicle and I do deliveries. I had to take pictures of my vehicle for the purpose of driving for UPS using my own vehicle. Upon arriving at Best Towing and paying $536 for a tow fee , I was told by the rude racist lady in office on 11/20/2024 that they aren't responsible for the damage done to my car caused by them . I explained to her I did not purchased this vehicle with a bent frame nor a brake leak. The guy who was in office with her moved my vehicle with a forklift and stated it was the only way to move it. Once my vehicle was moved to the front of the business I noticed why the bald mouth lady said they aren't responsible for my damages . They were neglectful with my vehicle in their possession and now I have incurred a major repair bill they are responsible for. I have filed a complaint and provided pictures to the BBB of my vehicle when I first purchased and after Best Towing had it in their possession. I will be contacting a lawyer as i have filed a police report with Pasco county sheriff department. I am seeking for this company to be responsible for the repairs and pay for the damages done to my vehicle due to their negligence in improperly handling my vehicle.
