​I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience trying to pick up an online order from Carquest in Shrewsbury Massachusetts. ​I placed an order online for a part with the expectation of the advertised ready in 30 minutes. Crucially, the online system indicated the store was open until 3:00 p.m. the day I placed the order ( Saturday). When I arrived at 1:00 p.m., the store was completely closed even though it said it was open on Carquest, Advance Auto parts, and their Google web page. This was a major inconvenience as I urgently needed the part. ​Thinking it was a one-off error, I decided to wait until the next day (Sunday). Again, the online listing stated the store was open until 2:00 p.m., but upon arrival, I found it was closed again. ​The core issue here is the grossly inaccurate store hours being displayed on your website and/or ordering system, along with Google. If I had known the store was actually closed, I would never have placed the order and would have gone elsewhere immediately. This conflicting information has resulted in significant wasted time, gas money, and aggravation over two consecutive days, and it has seriously delayed my repair. ​I hope Carquest in Shrewsbury takes immediate action to synchronize their online store hours with their actual operating hours to prevent other customers from having this frustrating experience.

I bought a battery, and they would not install the battery, their website states, they do install. I was also shorted $40 when I returned the battery. I bought a battery from AutoZone in Shrewsbury, they provided excellent service and they installed the battery for me, on site, AutoZone even corrected a seized retaining clip. From their D&M AUTO PARTS, INC website "Visit our stores to get free car battery testing and installation" After 2 days, my credit card was adjusted and I am no longer short $40. Still, not a great shopping experience.
