Really not impressed with my truck after a collision, multiple additional deep scratches down the passenger side of my truck, requiring additional body work. Some bozo put paint marker on my bumper, not just the usual washable stuff, not just the windshield, massive PITA to remove. They left the key on the whole month it was in their yard because apparently people are too stupid to remember when vehicles had keys that turned backwards for accessory power. They were supposed to call me before dropping it off, never did, just showed up and dropped the truck wherever they pleased. Not sure if it was them, or another tow company, makes sense that these guys work with progressive…

The ladies in the building were very helpful and nice that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars, whoever takes the pictures of the cars is who my issues are with using angles that make the car look way better then it actually is, it's shady in my opinion

Terrible customer service. I had a flat so I pulled into their parking lot to change my tire. Went in to ask if there was anywhere I could wash my hands as I was in dress clothes for work. She literally pointed back to the gas station a mile away and said no I’d have to go there. This is a full building I know there had to be a place I could atleast wash my hands. Do better, I literally can’t believe how rude of a world we live in.
