Emailed earlier this week to see about getting an appointment for an oil change. The service team responded promptly saying they could fit me on Friday morning (they were booked until December 23) I appreciate their willingness to squeeze me in during this busy season! They were quick doing the oil change and I paid less than what I normally pay going to the dealership. I have previously been taking my Chevy Trax to the dealership because I had a whole ordeal with a shop with my last trax (a 2020) when I went in for a routine oil change and ended up being without my car for a month due to something the shop broke - which lead to multiple other issues. All that to say I was hesitant about trying another shop that was not the dealership - I had a great experience at Cascade Automotive and plan to come back the next time I need an oil change!

Cascade Auto was very customer oriented. I appreciated how patient Crystal was with answering all of my questions and explaining my options. I felt like a valued customer with how quickly they tried to see our car to help with our circumstances. The staff I interacted with at the counter during pick up was polite and nice to speak with. Cascade auto has gained a trusting customer from our household for sure.

I called a few days prior to arrival for general information. My inquiry was about a specific service, how long it would take, if they had WiFi to work while I waited, and pricing. Called back the day before so I could schedule. Brought the vehicle in and chatted with Crystal about vehicle trends briefly. I’d just opened my laptop and they were already finished! In my case, there were no issues and it was so quick I wasn’t even charged. I love the history of this family owned business and supporting local is high priority. The building is clean and there is a comfortable waiting area within walking distance of restaurants if needed. Most importantly, already stressed by unrelated issues, I was relieved at the consistency of dealing with the same person. Crystal is not only knowledgeable and very efficient, she is super friendly and long term oriented about customer retention. I am appreciative of all of the above and look forward (in so much as anyone looks forward to repairs) to a productive relationship with these folks.
