I have nothing but positive things to say about Nick and the crew over at JRE. For many years, I have always taken my project cars to JRE for tires and other services, and every time my experience is positive. Today, was a new challenge. I work at a local Chevy dealer, and a customer needed the wheels replaced on his Silverado Dually. Our machine was not able to remove the tires to swap to the new wheels, meaning we had to sublet the work out. I immediately gave JRE tire a call, and Nick did a fantastic job on the truck, resulting in a very happy customer. JRE has always been great to me, today is no different. Thank you!!!

I came to this tire shop and asked for a screw to be patched and plugged, the tech decided that a plug would be enough even though I stressed that it was not the proper fix for a new tire. I expressed my displeasure with Jason who said they would take care of it properly. He then had his overly aggressive tech attempt to fix it correctly. After a 15 min wait I come out to see my factory painted wheels all scuffed up and a chip missing on brand wheel. I pointed this out to Jason the owner and he immediately got aggressive and told me to get the f out of here and his rude employees also decided to get involved. Luckily I’m a lot more level headed and will be seeing Jason in small claims court. Whatever you do avoid this place.
