We were getting ready to go camping when the brakes started making noises. At first, it would happen just in the morning, making this loud rubbing sound. So I decided to order the parts for a complete front-end brake job, hoping to save myself some money. Called Parchment Service Center and got an appointment and was able to drop my truck off the night before so they'd be able to start on it first thing in the morning. I got a call later that morning stating that the brakes were really not that bad, but the main problem was the calipers. What the surprise was that while we were talking, he informed me that the brake pads still had 50% of life left on them and that I could still use those until they went bad. That's what was so nice. They are very honest and hardworking people who don't rob you blind. Even though I ended up having him put on the new brakes that I'd already paid for, it was very nice of him to give me the option of which way I wanted to go. I highly recommend this shop for all of your cars mechanical needs.

It's rare to see any business with 4.9 stars on Google reviews, much less an auto service shop. Having become a recent client, I'm happy to join the voices singing their praises! Ken and Leslie are both super nice and wonderful to interact with. Both times I've taken my car in, Ken did a great job explaining the work that they did and even showed me the parts that they replaced and what had been wrong with them. I'm not much of a car guy, but thanks to Ken's explanations, I left understanding much more than I've ever learned from the techs at chain shops! You get the feeling that Ken is completely honest in his service recommendations, letting you know which issues should be worked on right away and which issues are non-urgent. Were I not already moving away in a couple months, this would certainly be my go-to auto shop for years to come!
