I wish they would let you give negative stars!! Run do not walk please do not order from this company. I ordered and paid for a transmission in February 2024 and never received my transmission just a bunch of empty excuses and promises. They knew repeatedly that i was down to 1 vehicle. After 3 months I ended up purchasing another transmission from a local auto part store. I begged for months for a refund finally someone emailed me in July and said a check would mail the next week. Guess what still no check and this is now close to October. They want answer and return any calls or emails. What's sad is i used them back in 2019 and everything was great. Now they are just out scam people out of their hard working money. Comment to the below from the owner!!! See attached check and the email you confirming i wanted a refund check. Please do not act stupid!!!!

Lie lie after lie they told me Kevin passed away lie sent 1100 never received any thing that's been over a year ago no refund or trans they towed my truck because of them

My husband tried buying a transmission from them almost 2 years ago now. We never received the transmission, we were told excuse after excuse of why it wasn't ready and why it wasn't shipped. After about 5 or 6 months of waiting we called to get a refund and were promised a refund multiple times over several months. Then we were told that the refunds could only be processed on certain days so we waited some more, and now after almost 2 years and so many phone calls later we still have no refund. They completely scammed us out of almost $1500. Would not recommend using them at all. Going off of what I see when they respond to reviews... Yes we did business with them, yes they have been made aware of our situation multiple times and nothing has come of it.
