I found a listing on Facebook from Kim. She was so prompt in messaging me back but even more appreciated was her thoroughness and transparency. I had a million questions as I wanted to be sure taking an hour drive to see the vehicle would be worth it. She took fresh photos, sent vehicle reports etc all swiftly and without complaint. While my husband and I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle (it was a great vehicle just not what we ended up needing), I would be more than happy to work with Kim in the future!
