Had some steering issues with my truck and needed to be towed to the shop. I gave Bangs towing a call and was given the most professional and top quality service. Tow truck driver was very professional and took great care of my truck when being loaded onto the bed despite having issues with the steering. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a reliable Tow!

After being involved in a motor vehicle accident on Friday, October 10, 2025, whereas my airbags deployed, and it was a very traumatic experience for me, Dave, who I’m not sure if it’s the owner or not of this towing company or not, felt compelled just scream at me from the onset of the phone call the minute he knew that I owned the 2020 BMW. Dave was more upset that I was upset at his dispatcher last night because I wanted my car immediately removed from their possession and brought to Higbie Collision. *** Which, by the way, they ignored my request on the night of the accident to tow my car directly to Higbie Auto Collision Inc. It’s to my understanding they violated either New York State Law or a policy within a contract with Suffolk County. -I will dig deeper into this to find out, but the tow truck driver intentionally ignored my request tow it to where I wanted my car towed to- And it’s my understanding that I have a right to have it towed to location of my choice. Dave also kept now accusing me of yelling at him, but I was only responding in the same tone on how he was treating me. As a woman I will NOT have a man bully me and make false accusations or make derogatory comments towards me- when he has no idea who I am. Dave didn’t even have the mindfulness to ask if I was OK, instead he was extremely accusatory telling me that I rear-ended three other vehicles (Which is 100% false as he doesn’t even have his facts straight). He continued screaming at me and told me that his office is closed. However, I asked him to please allow me to get my vehicle today especially with the upcoming northeaster storm that’s impacting Long Island Sunday and into Monday. Not to mention that I have merchandise that I had just purchased in the trunk of my vehicle and I need to collect all my personal belongings and property from the vehicle. Dave did not care. He just continued screaming then he deflected stating I was yelling at him- when I was only responding to how he was treating me with utter disrespect as a woman and with complete disregard for the fact that I was involved in an accident that greatly upset me in so many levels. I explained to him again that last night I was extremely upset, and very shaken up over the entire matter. All Dave did was blame me for the accident (which is certainly not his place nor does he have the authority to do so.). All Dave offered was derogatory criticism and yelling that he is not going to do anything whatsoever to help me today. He had NO sympathy whatsoever for what I as a woman had gone through last night. This is a horrible company on so many levels. I never wanted this company to tow my vehicle from the accident scene, but unfortunately per the officers who responded to accident scene had explained to me -this is how it works- that I cannot tell them which towing company I wish to work with/use. By the way, Dave also told me this morning on Saturday, October 11, 2025 after he was screaming and yelling at me that his office is closed today but look at my photo per their website and information on Google. They state that their hours are open 24 hours on Saturday as well as Sunday & Monday, but for Columbus Day, their hours may differ so he lied to me blatantly to tell me I cannot retrieve my car today by having Higbie Auto Collision pick up my vehicle from this company. Again- this towing company was supposed to take directive from me to tow my vehicle where I wanted it to be towed, and even though I told the driver of this towing company who responded to the accent scene exactly where I wanted it towed at least five times, he told me they could not tow it to Higbie collision. Stay away from this company. And pray they never are called to respond to the scene of your accident - if you should have one (hopefully that never happens). PS- Kathleen, I’m sorry I took it out on you, I was extremely upset over the entire matter and please accept my apology for being tough with you after my accident.

From start of claim to finishing flat tire stellar customer service!! Gentlemen that answers the phone was very busy but also made me feel like my call was important. I had Matt come to my house fixed my flat in minutes, cool disposition and great personality after dealing with the crazies and the snow for the last couple days.
