As usual, Lou's notified me promptly when my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek needed an oil change so I made an appointment that easily accommodated my schedule. The guys are prompt and courteous, plus they check in with you before any additional work is done to your vehicle. And best of all - they offer a loaner car if needed! I have unfortunately had some bad experiences with another local car care center here in B'ville, which prompted me to find Lou's; it was the best decision I've made regarding my car! I cannot recommend these guys enough! So long as I'm in this area, there is NO ONE ELSE I will trust with my car. FACT!

You know how there's hidden gems? This place is great! If you don't know, then you need to come find out for yourself! Matt and Gene have to be 2 of the nicest, caring, helpful people I have ever met. They kept me updated the whole time, went out of their way to help when I needed it and was honest with time and issues, showing photos and video. I couldn't be happier with their service and the loyalty to their craft. I also had the pleasure of meeting Lou. He is an amazing guy, we had a nice chat, offered me a tour of the facilities and took the time to get to know me a little. They really take the time to make you feel like family.

Lou's has been fantastic, I've had an issue with my car for almost 4 years that no other mechanics would even try to problem solve the issue. Over the past couple of years Lous has worked with me to try to toubleshoot the issue. Gene and Matt at the front desk are always pleasant to talk to and work with
