I had an issue with my passenger rear/side view mirror. I called them the day before Thanksgiving. Steve kindly told me to come in and he’d take a look at it. I was there for maybe 5-10 minutes while he fixed it for me. Another customer was there while I was there. He was great with him, too. The KINDEST man, it felt like those he interacted with seemed like family. I’ll definitely go back if/whenever I need to. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Ken's. Steve was very helpful, did great work and offered a great price. I realized I'd forgotten to mention some missing liner clips in another area of the car and he fixed those for me with no hesitation. A lot of body shops don't like to deal with surface rust and I get it, but Steve did a great job and the car looks amazing. I would highly recommend this shop!

I had an issue with my car that my dealership couldn't take care of so I was referred to Ken's. This business has some of the nicest and most honest people you could ask for. Totally unexpected in the auto repair field. My personal problem couldn't be solved, but he did his best to make my experience better, he took his time, and then he didn't even charge me for that time despite my insistence. Then this morning my wife needed some body work done on her car. He had her go down to get it looked at, dropped what he was doing, gave her a quick estimate, and scheduled work to be done quickly. Simply put, this is the kind of establishment that you want to do business with. Highly professional.
