Bought an Onkyo receiver from these guys and paid $190 for shipping. Item was dropped in transit and arrived at my doorstep seriously bent out of shape, panels cracked everywhere. I also found that many screws were missing, which suggests someone took it apart to try to fix it and and forgot to put the screws back in. Now Bruin Computer is not accepting a return. Totally unwilling to talk to UPS or issue refund. It's a joke of a company, buyer beware, you will get repaired product and zero support if anything is broken. I'm fighting it with my credit card company since they are unwilling to take a return.

I don't know who I spoke to. Sometimes us old ladies forget details. BUT!! The person I spoke to was very professional and told me everything I needed to know. I was so happy that I could drop off the items I didn't need anymore, and it wouldn't cost a thing! My own trash removal service wanted about $90 to take what I had!! Thank you Bruin!!!
