Unfortunately, do not feel overly confident in the technicians competency. Had a scheduled appointment for 4 new tires installed (which I had already had shipped there) and it still took 1.5 Hours to do the install? When I went out to my car, it had a missing center cap on one of the wheels. When I questioned the technician, was told it broke and he couldn't re-install. But no one bothered to even tell me so that I was made aware of it BEFORE I went out to my car.

Made appt online. My car was taken in within 10 min of the scheduled time. They were very busy and still got it done quick. I was there maybe 30 min if that. I had a oil change done. All friendly people working there. I definitely will be going there for now on for all my car repair needs. Good job guys.

I took time off work in the afternoon after making an online appointment for a simple inspection and arrive for my appointment only to be told that I should have called and not booked online because they didn’t have time for it. Wild idea but maybe turn off the website if you don’t accept online booked appointments? Or maybe when you see that appointment come through and you realize you don’t have time to actually fit it in you call the customer? How is the customer to know that online bookings aren’t acceptable when it’s there as an option to schedule service. Not only was the option available; but the website showed openings most of today available like they weren’t busy at all…. Then they proceed to tell me that an inspection takes roughly an hour to do …. I used to go to valvoline for them and it would take under 15 minutes …. Don’t book online at this shop I guess ….
