We had a tire blow out, (disintegrate!) on our way home from camping, on our 30’ 6000lb travel trailer. We pulled off on the side of Route 36N, on a very busy stretch of the road! B&W Towing to Rescue! Their dispatch, very nice person, sorry, I don’t remember her name, but she was awesome! She told me they’d be there in about 45 minutes which was basically the travel time from their shop. The technician arrived, Zach, asked if everyone was okay, made sure things were safe and promptly and professionally changed our tire, and double checked the pressure on all of the rest of the tires! He made it look so easy! I’m am so pleased with the service from this company from dispatch to the actual service they went above and beyond to get us back on the road and make sure we were safe! ( We had received a tornado warning, and she said we will do everything in our power to get you back on the road to home before the storm!) Thank you for great service! We highly recommend B & W Towing!

Called for an emergency job. Dispatch lady was real rude and said she couldn't send a truck to my road due to ice but I said our town fixed the ice but the lady was still very rude, I never been treated so rudely by a business! I called another company and they came within an hour and had no problems doing the job! I would never call this company again!

They were there in a 1/2 hour pulled me out of a ditch quickly. Both drivers were very professional. Cost isn't cheap but no damage to truck and there was no way to get it out without the service. Would definitely recommend Thank you ?
