Truly Exceptional Service! I can’t say enough great things about this auto body shop, especially Matt. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to get our cars repaired quickly and flawlessly. What really stood out was how much he helped us navigate the entire insurance process—they handled details we didn’t even know we needed, communicated clearly every step of the way, and made what could’ve been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. The quality of their work is outstanding, the staff is genuinely caring, and their commitment to customer service is unmatched. I am so thankful to Northern Westchester for the incredible job they did in fixing my car. It looks brand new! On top of that, the service was top notch. Vincent, Matt and their team were a pleasure to deal with - consistently communicating with me and the insurance carrier responsible for paying for the damage. They explained in layman’s terms what needed to be done and gave me a realistic timeline (and kept to it). There were no surprises - the estimate provided was accurate. We had a tree (not a branch, but a tree) fall through the front windshield of our Tesla Model Y into the passenger footwell. Matt and Vinnie and their team were thorough and professional from start to finish.  I wanted a Tesla Certified repair shop - and NWAB is not only certified, but they work with the local Tesla Service center as partners in the whole process. Everything is OEM, and their attention to detail was impressive. We just got the car back and it looks as good as the day we bought it. They beautifully restored both interior and exterior damage to the car. NWAB made dealing with our insurance painless as well. The repairs were done professionally and they even went the above and beyond to reassure us along the way as we were concerned about possible battery damage. Any time I called they were responsive and kept me up to date throughout the process. I would highly recommend Northern Westchester Auto Body.
