They arranged for a rental with a pickup at their shop, which was very convenient. Ellen was great in dealing with my insurance company and the adjuster. The SERVICE was amazing! They really are top notch mechanics and in my experience, they are the best. My Chevy Trax had taken a big hit after having a terrifying experience of hydroplaning and hitting a tree. My car was completely destroyed on the front right side, the door on the passenger side could not open and the head lights on both sides were shattered. My father who works in the auto parts industry knew exactly where to take me and told me to go directly to Ultimate Body Shop. As soon as I arrived Matty was extremely professional and friendly. He and his team were honest and reliable. Not to mention we got a great value for the damage that was done! I was also impressed when they checked the condition of the car from inside out. My car was returned in immaculate condition. After this experience, this company will certainly have all our business and we highly recommended them!!!!
