⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was in a fender bender on Valentine’s Day this year and I was honestly pretty distraught when it happened. Even though the people in the other car were incredibly kind and understanding, I was still very shaken up. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience turned out to be surprisingly smooth thanks to the amazing people who helped me along the way. Ty at GEICO was so patient and reassuring, and he made the insurance side of things easy to navigate. I was then connected with Frank and the team at North State Custom and they were absolutely fantastic. Frank was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire repair process. The communication was excellent and they made everything feel simple and seamless.
