I did not have a very good first impression/experience with Lou's. I got into an accident with my truck and it was not drivable. The police called Lou's (probably because they were the closest). After loading my truck up my husband tells him that I want it to go to a certain body shop and he refused to take it where I wanted MY truck to go because he said he was too busy and didn't have time to take my truck there. I felt that it was rather unprofessional for him to have even answered the call if he already knew that he was too busy to take a car anywhere. I really wish that at that point I would have told him to put my truck back down and I would wait for a different tow company to come out and take it to where I wanted it to go.
