I wish I could give this place zero stars. We paid them to fix our RTV multiple times for the same problem to the tune of about $2000. They never properly fixed. Insinuated we didn’t know how to properly care for diesel during the winter time and that a woman didn’t know how to drive it. We have had no problems with it through the previous three winters. We moved back to Michigan and sure enough the problem started right back up when we unloaded off the trailer. Mind you, it had just been serviced by townline before we left. We called them and they stated we could either have a refund or they would pay another Kubota dealership to fix the issue. We opted to have another dealership fix it. It did take us about a month to get it to a dealer because we were in the process of moving an entire farm, twice since we sold our farm and bought a new one. We took it in to the dealer and they found a bee in the fuel line. Exactly why the machine would stay running and eventually wouldn’t start. When we contacted Townline to inform them, they said they wouldn’t cover it because they had no proof we we didn’t run the machine once we were back home. We told them we couldn’t drive it because it wouldn’t start and they could verify the hours on it currently vs the ones that were on it when they last serviced it. Mind you, we had to wench it onto a trailer because it wouldn’t stay running long enough to get it loaded on our trailer. We were told it would be turned over to someone higher up and they would have to approve it and that we would hear back from them. We never received a phone call back. My husband called repeatedly and left multiple messages without a call back. This company either doesn’t know what they are doing or just doesn’t care about anything other than taking your money. There is zero accountability and integrity at this dealership. Take your business elsewhere because this place will definitely rip you off
