I highly recommend Town Line Auto for any collision related needs. Town Line was able to quickly take care of my situation which involved someone backing into my car. The other party was at fault (and claimed to be at fault), so luckily it was handled entirely through their insurance. The turnaround time was very quick, the workmanship on my car is top notch, and despite a minor hiccup at the end where my key-fob needed to be re-programmed (2021 Gen 10 Civic), I had no issues at all. Lastly, they have specialists that they work with for Japanese cars (Subaru, Honda, and likely others) as these cars have a lot of modern sensors for lane assist, adaptive cruise control, etc. which they are able to handle entirely in-house. I was recommended Town Line by others, and I highly recommend Town Line to anyone who needs work done especially if insurance companies are involved. Communication was easy, clear, and the turnaround time was excellent.

Cannot recommend townline auto enough! I've had two repairs done to my car, first a deer and then a parking lot scratch and dent. Each time, my car looks and feels brand new. The whole team really makes a stressful process so easy, they are always available for questions and do excellent repair work. And, to top it all off, they detail the inside and outside of your car after a big repair. Its rare you find a place where every single staff member you come across is kind & competent.
