I’m a new customer. I had a check engine light, and it was my transmission and something up with my brakes. The owner took the time to explain what needs to get done before I gave the approval. Reliable, friendly and honest. All qualities you want from professional. I came all the way out Flushing to Great Neck, NY.. I highly recommend you go there. It’s kind of hard to find someone who honest.. Just got my truck back and its running brand new. I will give them five star stars.

After having poor experiences at both my local Subaru and Ford dealerships, I have now had the distinct pleasure of entrusting three formidable automotive projects to R&R Service Center in Great Neck and the results have been extraordinary each time. The first involved a 2007 Subaru Forester. Due to extensive underbody rust and the unavoidable toll of age, I needed an entire automotive renaissance. We are talking about the suspension, brakes, radiator, gas tank, alternator, air conditioning compressor, headlights, battery, steering rack, and exhaust system. After R&R worked their mechanical wizardry, the car was reborn. Not long after that, the town parking enforcement office somehow managed to collide with my parked vehicle at the ungodly hour of 4 a.m. which necessitated the replacement of the passenger side bodywork, the steering knuckle, and the windshield fluid reservoir. Once again, the outcome was impeccable. That same Subaru went on to have an absolutely spectacular summer road trip adventure across the Catskills. It traversed both paved and obscure back roads and nothing stood in its way. It conquered all terrain regardless of the conditions and the driving experience was so flawless that it almost seemed to defy the laws of probability. My third endeavor was even more ambitious. I brought in a 2016 Ford Focus and had the entire engine replaced. The car now operates with such refinement and vigor that I dare say even USS Enterprise's Chief Engineer Montgomery "miracle worker" Scott "Scotty" would nod in approval at its smoothness and tenacity. What makes R&R singularly impressive is not only their technical ability but also their character. The workmanship will exceed all expectations and in contrast to the pricing you would think you are at a shop that charges much more money. The pricing is fair if not a genuinely good value. They stand behind their work without hesitation. There are no bait and switch games or empty promises. They are super honest, good people who do what they say and then deliver results that surpass expectations. A special mention goes to Vic Singh who leads the team with exceptional dedication. Vic goes the distance with every job. Details are not just important to Vic, they are everything. He follows through on his promises with a level of honesty and integrity that is rare in these times. In conclusion, R&R Service Station is possibly the finest mechanic shop in Great Neck and quite plausibly the entire North Shore.

The service is delivered in a timely? Professional manner. They are incredibly helpful, changed the batteries in my keys at no charge and often drive my car home for me. As a woman , I love their service and the price is far better than I was paying st my Mercedes dealer for the same Mercedes parts. I highly recommend them!!
