I am very satisfied with A&C body. From the moment we called to report that my car had been in an accident, i was immediately taken care of. They asked us to bring the car in right away and even offered to pick it up if it wasn’t drivable. They quickly contacted the insurance company, processed the claim, and generated a quote without any hassle on our end. What truly impressed me was their online tracking system, which shows the entire repair process from start to finish, including near real-time updates and a detailed breakdown of parts and materials. If you’ve ever dealt with a mechanic, you know how rare this level of transparency is. On top of that, they personally called to make sure I was aware of updates especially helpful if aren't actively checking their online system. They handled all communication with the insurance company, including approvals and completion of the work. And the repair itself was impeccable. The car was thoroughly washed before pickup, and they even returned my rental car to Enterprise for me, making the entire experience incredibly convenient.
