My husband and I have been very long time customers of this store. Today I called to order a part. Spoke with Mary. She gave me a price and pick up time. I then checked online and saw the part for a fraction of the price so I called her back being very friendly and asked if she may know why there was such a difference in price. Very respectful. She gave me a snotty rude answer and with an attitude told me she had no idea why there was a price difference did I want the part or should she cancel my order. Just friggin rude. I’m not sure who she thinks she is but that attitude to customers needs to be addressed and soon. Maybe if the reviews are bad enough they will do something about her
