Start off here by saying that this business is so above and beyond for customer service! We were traveling through with our little motorhome and experienced tire issues. A flat on the inside dual tire and under inflated outer tire. We pulled in at the outlet area in lake George area and made a call to our insurance company for help. They in turn got in touch with Matt’s/JKSterns Towing. Less than an hour later we had help. Repair guy Mike had tire changed and ready for us to drive in about 20 minutes. We then went to their shop in Wilton to get a valve stem replaced on the flat so we could have a spare tire for the rest of our trip home. That was done in a very timely manner. The shop crew were amazing and I can’t say enough about the office staff. It was such a miserable hot and exhausting day and they were generously gracious about sharing their air conditioned office with us. Thanks again! Cindy and Chuck
