Upon first introduction to Neets I was happy. They were nice enough and made the process of getting my car fixed seem easy enough. When I dropped off my car they forgot to get me a rental car even though I specifically said over the phone I would be needing one. They got one for me but I had to come back a few hours later to pick it up. No big deal. I dropped off my car on December 16th. I received a phone call from Enterprise (the car rental company) on January 15 explaining it was the last day of my coverage. This was news to me. I had to return it or pay out of pocket. I called my insurance, I called Neets and no one was willing to take responsibility for this devastating error. "Being people-first, your safety and satisfaction are our top priority" This is a direct quote from Neets website. I've never once been made to feel like any sort of priority let alone top priority. Do better. All of this could have been avoided if Neets had been willing to pick up the extra week of rental car coverage. That's it plain and simple. You are saying halting my life is not worth the $250 it would have cost you.

The customer service and the work done were fantastic. Everyone we dealt with, including the lovely lady at the desk and the estimator, were knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. The work done on the car was outstanding. They even cleaned the inside of our seven-year-old car. It looked like it had been detailed. Thank you Neet's.

So fortunate to have Neet's. We have used them for over 20 years and they always overdeliver, their customer service (Bree), Manager, communications, and ultimately, their excellent work making my dented and damaged vehicles just like it came out of the showroom. They even coordinate seamlessly with the rental car company. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
