I recently bought my first truck from Butlers after years of contemplating whether it was the right move for me. Well it was ! I am in love with it, Best decision I made can’t believe I waited so long. The whole process was very easy. I worked with Tyler for trade in and he gave me a great deal, couldn’t pass it up. For the sale I worked with brook she extremely friendly and understanding, patient through the whole process- when I say whole Process I mean 2 weeks of a process because I was nervous as it was a big change for me. Brook understood and went above and beyond by walking me through every detail, not pressuring or blowing up my phone she gave me the time I needed. My wife and I knew instantly when Brooke Hayes came out to greet us that we were in good hands. She was engaging, and listened fully to what we were looking for. Through the entire process, Brooke was attentive to every detail, seeking our reactions and carrying on pleasant social exchanges, all without a hint of "salesman" attitude. Her flexibility was amazing: the day of closing, my wife had an appointment in a nearby city. It never occurred to us that she would be needed to sign paperwork. Brooke handled all this with grace, going ahead with what could be done, then staying engaged until my wife could return. All without the slightest impatience. She has continued to stay in contact, wanting to be certain all was well with our car, encouraging us to let her know of any needs or concerns.
