Was driving to daycare to pick up my daughter when I started feeling some horrible vibrations, accompanied by metal grinding noises. I pulled over, luckily right into Carrolls driveway. I noticed the last tire shop I went to did not tighten the lug nuts! There was metal dust everywhere and the lug nuts were lose and got to the touch. I was pretty shaken up and went inside Carrols for help especially since I had to pick up my daughter soon, and no other means of transportation! I went inside and explained the situation and how close I was to a potential hazardous accident. They were able to immediately help me with one of the nicest tech. They got me squared away and made sure the lug nuts were tight and properly seated. Just in time to go pick up my daughter!

These guys are solid. Honest, fast, good work, and good prices. When I was tire hunting about 8 months ago I called at least 15 places and Carroll's best 'em all. I just got my first tire rotation done, still happy with the results.
