The lady on the phone is super rude! The dark hair one. She should work in a zoo with animals but I’d feel sorry for the poor animals having to deal with such a rude and bitter person. Or she should be thought to have a better customer service!! I would not recommend this company just for this reason! There’s other companies where they are more professional and respectful.

Interstate Towing was the greatest. They were very attentive to our needs, They responded quickly to tow our commercial truck. They went above and beyond by telling us that we had more issues than we thought when they crawled underneath the rig to drop the drive-line. Being truly professional is all anyone wants while they’re broke down and waiting on the interstate. They have gained all of our business by being an ethical and have morals. Thanks y’all truly the best in our time of need.

Just had a great and VERY responsive visit from these guys! I’m on the HOA board and live in the Rivertree Neighborhood in new Braunfels. When we have vehicles that are illegally parked at our lake park, these are the guys we call. Amazing to deal with. They promptly answered the phone and were quick to arrive - less than 30 minutes - ready to hook up vehicles that don’t have passes displayed and are illegally parked at our lake park…helping us to send the right message to those people that don’t live here and also to people that do live here that don’t have their passes displayed.
