My girl called nicely asking for my belongings the male that answered the phone instantly got smart I asked again nicely for the website to recover my belongings and the male cursed me out and told me don’t call again and said “I’m not listening” if ANYTHING is touched in my vehicle I will indeed sue! And I mean it! A person should be able to ask a website to recover their items without a disrespectful person cursing out customers! I don’t know why you all hire these type of people but nothing better not be touched in my vehicle!

I am submitting this review to document my experience with One More Recovery in Terrell, Texas. After my vehicle was repossessed, I was provided instructions on how to retrieve my personal property. I complied fully with those instructions. Despite this, my belongings were placed into black garbage bags and left outside the company’s gate rather than being released to me in person or handled in a secure manner. I was informed that I would receive a phone call with additional information regarding the property release, but no call was ever made. When I contacted the office for clarification, the employee who answered was unprofessional, refused to provide an explanation, and terminated the call while I was speaking. Additionally, multiple personal items that were in my vehicle at the time of repossession were missing when my property was returned. These items were not accounted for or explained. This review is intended to document concerns regarding property handling, communication failures, and customer service practices.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with you would have to be completely out of your mind to deal with this company they where used for my road side assistance and found out I owed payments and came back in the middle of the night and repo my struck right before the winter storm that was Wednesday it’s now the next Wednesday and even tho I paid the fees Friday I still haven’t be allowed to get my truck I’ve talked to 2 people there both where incredibly rude one guy said he was the owner and was using foul language. I don’t understand how they are even in business. If I could give a negative star rating I would
