Driver had the audacity to show up a almost 2 hours late after I literally canceled AAA call & 1hr & 30 minutes after the shop closed. Wasting both my mechanic & myself's time. ??‍♂️?? if I could give them a 0, thatxs exactly what they'll get.

Literally left me stranded tonight awaiting for them to arrive after they accepted AAA request. No answer from myself or AAA which is very unprofessional and unsafe. I was alone in a hot car for over 2 hours with no care or consideration from the company. They never called or notified if they would come or not.

I WOULD NEVER SUPPORT THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. THEY ILLEGALLY TOWED MY CAR WHEN IT WAS STOLEN AND SAID I HAD TO PAY 700 TO GET OUT. After multiple talks with police they tried blocking me in a 25 year old single mom with my 2 years old and said I had to pay knowing it was illegal and said it had to be cash. These grown men are crooked and the cops even said they try to steal all the time. I would never support them. The owner Marshall drives a huge nice truck stealing from single home families. And I can gladly say they are the worst company still in business. If I didn’t know my rights they would have made me pay 700!! Let everyone know how illegal they are. If I could rate a negative I would.
