Now had they told me there could be more than $145 diagnostic... Like the $700 amount they wanted me to pay because it needed more I would have been able to make decision on whether or not to tow it there and have to tow it back but they didn't tell me that it could be more than 145... They just said 145 so now oh and they're really good friends with a towing company... I'm out of pocket 700 total towing plus and they want 700 more just for diagnosis purposes let's go gamble at Vegas first baby... Cheaper to just pay the dealer and get it fixed correctly.lesson learned.

You shouldn't have taken the job to begin with the new mechanic had no problem fixing the issue bud sounds like a skill issue. this man loves hearing himself talk but has nothing good to say except excuses and lies saying my mother which he has never spoken to nor does he know, cussed him out. He has an answer for all of his story’s and lies. Im not sure if he’s a narcissist or just low iq but i can not stress enough to avoid this place like the plague! He will be commenting on this review to try to discredit my words which i will not stand for . I hope someone sees this review and dodges a year long miserable ordeal this man and his business put me through. Just to put icing on the cake after you did a brake job on a jeep the tire fell off on the highway. Total narcissistic behavior from the neighborhood karen.
