Google really needs to make the option for 0 stars these people at the Grand Prairie location , drove through my grass . Left deep tire marks !!!let’s start with my car was never supposed to be there !! They then had me sign paperwork but held my car behind the tin gate with me on the other side signing papers saying that my car was in good condition. My bumper is loose now, the man was so rude to me I asked him a question he walked away from me . I was standing outside the gate for 40 minutes. This is disgusting how they do business. He told me I had an attitude I’m guessing because I’m a black woman he was snatching things out of my hand , all I wanted was my car . They knew at 9:30 am they weren’t supposed to have my car yet they didn’t call me back until 1pm . I rang the bell to let the woman inside know that I didn’t feel safe she didn’t even answer the doorbell . These people have my home address and i absolutely feel like if something happens to myself or my possession it was the worker . He then started lying and I pointed to their camera and said you’re on camera . Whatever you do make sure you avoid this business

My vehicle was at the Austin location. The staff seemed very nice however a package that I had in the vehicle was missing. 2 Coach clutches that had just been ordered and were still in the vehicle. I called there office they informed me that I was wrong and no package was in the vehicle. I asked them if they could double check or if I could. They refused. Again they seemed nice until then but that package was in the vehicle and I never found it. It was around Christmas so I guess they saw their opportunity and took it.

The location in houston off millport was easy,safe & fast processing. The manager peru i believe was her name was beyond nice & friendly. She gave me the breakdown on the paper work i had to sign & her other co worker who brought out my car was nice & friendly as well! 1st time going through this process an it was a peace of cake! I hope that anyone who sees this messege in order for it to go smooth like mines please read an follow directions carefully. YOU MUST SET AN APPT FIRST AN THEN GO UP THERE AFTER YOU GET THAT TEST FROM THEM THAT SAYS APPT CONFIRMED. Dont just go up there. But once again THANK YOU TO THE STAFF OFF MILLPORT ST✊???
