SCAMMERS!!! Avoid them at all costs, and especially avoid Fast Tow too. From the start they had ridiculous fees, charging double for anything and everything they can. My vehicle was taken to their lot by Fast Tow who claimed it was a police yard. Then when we tried to release the vehicle they were combative and rude when we tried to ask got the price. I am not from Houston therefore I cannot drive up here just for a price estimate. They also tried to add a fee for getting a tow not from their “authorized list”. When we actually came to grab the vehicle the lady at the front was rude from the start. She was beyond combative and did not want to release the vehicle. It got to the point where the police had to get involved for them to finally release the vehicle. Not to mention they have unauthorized repossession devices so that they can grab your vehicle and hold it until you pay them fees. This place needs to be shut down asap.

if I could give zero stars solely because of the woman working the window, I would. What a dump. This woman was probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever come across in my life. For starters, she turned me away multiple times, claiming she couldn’t accept my paperwork. The best part? She accepted the exact same paperwork from the person behind me without batting an eye. She was literally yelling at me the whole time. Like screaming. If you can’t handle talking to people in a normal manner, maybe find a different job. and perhaps a therapist. I’ve never encountered someone so unhelpful and disrespectful. when I told her to consider not screaming at me, she told me “you can leave” because apparently I was the one that caught an attitude. yeah, girl, i’ll leave when you give me my car back. Seriously, what a dump.

I don’t mind the rude behavior as it was obvious that neither the people there or I were thrilled to be in that situation. I understand that the workers are under a lot of stress dealing with people yelling at them all day. That being said, this place has very predatory practices. When I asked for an itemized receipt, they refused to give it to me until after I paid. When I saw an erroneous charge on the receipt, I brought it up to the lady charging me, she said I had to file a formal complaint with the government because I already paid. Even when I tried asking for an explanation of the charges, she kept on interrupting me and telling me to file a complaint with the government. This business is very shady and uses very predatory practices when charging you and ensuring you don’t contest the receipt. Before going to pay, please read your rights, be ready to file a complaint, and know how much and what they can legally charge you. The tow company they cartel with also damaged the underside of my car. After you’ve paid the fine, take photos of your car before getting in.
