After attending a meeting near Minute Maid Park, I came back to my car and got absolutely nothing when I turned the key. Dead battery. I sat there staring at the dashboard for a moment, then tried again... still nothing. Safest Haven Roadside Company sent roadside assistance out much faster than I expected. The driver greeted me with a smile, tested the battery, and quickly got a jump-start going. While waiting, he explained a couple of common reasons batteries suddenly fail and made sure everything stayed running before leaving. I honestly thought I was going to need an emergency tow truck, but thankfully it never came to that. Their towing service turned a frustrating afternoon into a minor inconvenience, and I drove away feeling grateful.

My daughter attends the University of Houston and called me in a panic from a parking structure near the stadium because her car would not start late on a Thursday night. I am in Austin so I was not getting there quickly. Called Safest Haven while they stayed with the car. Dispatcher was calm and did not make me feel like an inconvenience for calling on her behalf from two hours away. Driver got to her in about 35 minutes, texted her directly when he was close, tried a jump, battery was done, towed the car to a shop on Cullen Boulevard they could reach the next morning. My daughter texted me saying the driver was completely professional and they felt completely safe. Those are the only two things I needed to hear. Safest Haven delivered both.
