I am Gratefully Blessed to have found this shop! My 2011 Audi TDI Diesel has not started since 5/16/25 months prior my Gauge Cluster stop working! I had to get the strength again…tired of looking at it in my garage. Last 3months my Audi was at a I’m wasting my time Shop! Overall I learnt my lesson not to deal with Shops that HAVE NOT worked on DIESEL SUV AUDI’S or AUDI’S. Not all Foreign shops have experience either. Audi’s are in a League of there own! I want to THANK ASSiSTANT MANAGER DUSTIN. I called to ask questions first regarding my issues. I triple check that the shop worked on Audi Diesel..he said yes and had a few at the shop. By phone he showed me that HE has experience and that TECHNICIAN JESSE would DIAGNOSE the problem thoroughly. That’s exactly what he did! I want to THANK JESSE for saving me money! And giving me future advice. He’s a BLESSING. I want to also THANK MANAGER FREDRICK if I spell name wrong sorry! Man of few words but has a Beautiful Smile…always smiling and listen along with everyone else to me “babble” on on. Sorry I was so stressed and couldn’t sleep! The entire Staff at the shop are Sweet, Well Mannered, and Knowledgeable! Don’t let their ages FOOL ya. I had to return for a simple TAIL LIGHT BULB. I was too lazy to drive back cross town. Went to a body shop a block from me. He tried 3bulbs and had me thinking I had fuse box issue said he worked on several. Regardless went back to shop and another young Technician put 1of the 3new bulbs in IT WORKED… AIN’T THAT SOMETHING guess it’s a certain way to put it in! In the End this is MY SHOP…Great prices too especially on my 2011 Audi TDI Diesel. Down the road I will be taking my 1998 Mercedes E320.

So I previously had a less than positive experience at this location, despite having always had excellent service in previous years. After leaving a negative review, their main location in Dallas contacted me to discuss what happened and how to make it right. I have to say I was very impressed with how they handled the situation and their dedication to customer service. It's easy to leave a good review for a company when things go right, but when things go wrong and the company goes out of their way to make it right that really shows another level of service that is hard to match. With the recent changes they've made I am more than happy to keep taking my cars to them for service.
