I ordered a part for a customer right before Thanksgiving, I was told I would have a tracking number,on the Monday, no tracking. I texted with a guy name Kevin, and he assured me that the delay was due to the holiday. It is now 1-26-2026, I still haven't received my merchandise, or heard anything back. I filed a dispute with my bank in December, I'm still waiting on an answer from that. I researched the company and saw good reviews, I guess those were lies, y'all be careful, with these scammers, you never know who they are. 247.00 I paid for an instrument cluster for a 92 Lexus ls400 for my customer Howard!!

The first part sent was lost in transit. I had to do the tracking and communication with FedEx given my texts to A Grade were brushed off. After several weeks A Grade shipped another. I was told the parts are tested and was assured they are in working condition. The part failed within several weeks after installation. I haven't bothered to contact A Grade given their lack of interest on the lost part initially. I would not recommend this group.

Over the past few days I called 5 times, held, went to voice mail. I left 2 messages to call me. I emailed. I still have not received a return call. What kind of business can't even have the courtesy of returning a phone call??
