I honestly do not recommend no one getting a car from here. I purchased the car in December since the day I have purchased it. I have had multiple problems. The first ones they did start off very small. They took care of it however, I have been having the same motor issues since I purchased the car every four days out of a week I have to put 4 quarts of oil in this car the owner of the place Mr. Hector have gave me the runaround always telling me to bring it back. He was gonna take care of it. He said motor and transmission under warranty for six months, but he never did take care of the car. He’s very rude. Very unprofessional does not know how to talk to no one. I don’t recommend no one getting in a car from here, especially if you’re not Hispanic.

If you’re going to purchase a vehicle from here LOOK over your paperwork! The owner Hector told me it will be $500 a month and when I was signing it said $600 a month he kept refusing to redo the paperwork but finally did. Then I miss on the paperwork that the vehicle was a rebuilt salvage title after he told me it was a clean title. I definitely wouldn’t had purchased the vehicle I would’ve ripped the paperwork up because that’s twice he lied to my face. Again GO OVER AND LOOK OVER YOUR PAPERWORK!!!!

My experience with H&C came down to one thing: transparency and honesty. My first contact with H&C was through Facebook Messenger. I asked if the vehicle had a clean title, and the seller replied yes. We then set a time for me to come see and test drive the car. Three days later, I drove about 40 minutes to view it. At first glance, the car looked clean. But once we started it, I noticed both a maintenance light and a drivetrain warning light. We went ahead with the test drive anyway, and it drove fine. After parking, I noticed a piece of door molding in the back seat. When I stepped out to see where it came from, I realized the entire driver-side trim was missing. There were no visible molding holes or glue, and I also noticed inconsistencies in the body lines on that side. I then saw overspray on the rear tire, which raised more concerns. When I asked what happened, I was told it was “just scratches” that needed to be repaired. I accepted that explanation and we started negotiating price. I asked again about the warning lights and was told it simply needed a new battery and the lights just needed to be reset. Based on that, we began discussing a deposit and how long it would take to fix the trim. Before moving forward, I decided to run a Carfax report. That’s when I discovered the vehicle had been totaled and had a salvage title. I’m frustrated because I wasted nearly three hours that I won’t get back, and this could have been avoided if they had been truthful when I asked about the title upfront.
