My God where do I start. I bought a car that these guys worked on several times (I found all the paperwork and receipts in my glove box) including replacing the window regulators. They didn't even use the correct regulator. I am absolutely baffled. The receipt shows that the work was done January 20, 2023. I am currently sitting in my driveway, covered in dirt and grease, looking at this monstrous job and I can't believe anyone here has mechanic certifications. They drilled through the rivets (4 rivets) and replaced only 2 bolts (leaving it unsecured in 2 other spots) which caused the window to DROP and I had to keep pulling the door panel off and lift the window by hand to get it back up. Not to mention that the bolts (not rivets like the door was designed to support) they DID put in ate through the fiberglass and caused the regulator to be lopsided. I'm in genuine disbelief. I'm surprised the guy I bought the car from went to these guys for so much work because so far I'm having to replace/repair EVERYTHING these people did because it's so wrong. These people are so bad that I didnt even have to go here personally to see how bad their workmanship is. It's all just quick bad jobs for quick cash. Unbelievable. If you care about your car, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I brought my truck to this shop for two issues: the A/C wasn’t working and the sunroof wouldn’t close. My truck sat at the shop for two full weeks, and I never got a single update unless I called them—which I had to do every 2–3 days. This is my work truck, so having it tied up that long without communication cost me time and income. After two weeks, I finally told them I was coming to pick up the truck. At that point, I said I was willing to buy the used sunroof that we had waited on for two weeks. The mechanic suddenly told me I didn’t want it because it was damaged and that my sunroof was in better condition. I was never shown the part—and after everything that happened, I don’t even believe they had it. They also said the A/C wasn’t working because of a VIN-locked HVAC control module. That may be true, but I was given no solution, no pricing, and no plan to move forward—just a vague dead-end diagnosis. On top of that, I was told my check engine light was due to a bad thermostat. I never authorized that repair, yet I was charged $250 for it. When I picked up the truck, coolant was leaking underneath. The thermostat had to be replaced a second time after I brought it back, which suggests the first job wasn’t done right. The biggest irony is that I ended up fixing the sunroof myself by performing a basic reset. Since then, I’ve driven it through a car wash and heavy rain with no leaks. When I mentioned this, the mechanic dismissed it and said the issue wasn’t really fixed—despite the fact that it clearly was. To make matters worse, the interior of my truck was a mess when I picked it up. I had called ahead to ask them to cover the sunroof or move the truck inside because it was going to rain. I was told it would be protected. But I found standing water in the back seat floorboard that smelled like mildew, dust all over the interior, and oily fingerprints on my interior panels. I brought my truck in for help. I got delays, poor communication, unauthorized repairs, a questionable diagnosis, and a dirty truck. I cannot recommend this shop based on how my vehicle—and my time—were handled.
