I have never been treated more rudely and with disrespect than this place. Completely unprofessional. Had the gumption to ask me if I wanted to give this hell hole my debit card after being treated like that. Showed up 15 min early to an appointment and refused to see me until the appointment time. Uncooperative. Offered to wash my car to make it all better. I had no choice to but to deal with "Mike" and wish I could erase memory of dealing with that guy. Just because your window was broken doesn't mean you treat a patron that way "Mike."

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Manager was beyond rude, he ASSUMED for whatever reason I was calling about a repossession of a car. I repeatedly told him I wasn’t calling about a repo. Very uncooperative and unprofessional. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

My car had some problems at transmission. I called them. They didn’t inform me about payment method and then they steal my car!!! The worst company in country!!! And the guy speak hate! It’s not good!
