Horrible company flies through residential parking lots all night bouncing over speed bumps, I’m surprised the truck still works! I saw someone moving heavy items in so they parked at the curb. The truck came and they were trying so hard to take the vehicle as fast as possible the hit the vehicle’s bumper like 5 times and started dragging the vehicle. The owner came out because they were in and out moving things the drove off super fast in his face again flying down the parking lot and taking the vehicle over speed bumps going at least 45! What I saw absolutely shocked me. I get it they are hired to do a job but the lack of safety and tearing up peoples cars is unacceptable and this company needs to be investigated asap!! I know for a fact the other reviews are true about damaging peoples cars. I saw with my own 2 eyes that they don’t even try to safely attach the vehicle. They care about getting it any way they can as fast as they can so they can make a dollar. I’m thinking about sending the video of the driving and careless activity to attorney general and the news station! Do right by people or your business will fail. If it was your car or your spouses car being damaged you would cry wolf! Money hungry and this company doesn’t deserve to be in business!!

Called 2 hours ago regarding a vehicle parked in a fire lane and blocking a side walk. A vehicle that has been sitting in the same spot since 1 am this morning. But, they hadn’t made any attempts to come pick it up. I happen to have a camera facing where the vehicle is parked and no one from Onsite has even driven by the vehicle.
