We ended up here because the splash guard was torn to pieces and we were still half way to our destination. Call it a miracle, but we came here fast, and we got a very experienced staff member to help us out. I'm sad that I don't recall her name (she's blonde, lean, fit, pretty, blue eyes, with a lovely accent and very polite). She wasted no time in finding replacement parts and plugging them in to hold the splash guard up. Also she zip tied the loose ends to make sure no flapping occurred. She also just charged us for the parts only!! Whoever you are ma'am, you're an angel, and I hope you live a great life.
