This is just a friendly reminder to hook back up the revese lights after being unplugged and used during a Tow. Our daughter’s car was towed and we learned today that you didn’t hook them back up. Other than that, no problems and thank for taking care of our car after being parked in the wrong spot at the apartment complex.

I know who not to use. I seen their truck pulling an f-150 driving like an A hole on hwy 6 today driving 80-90 mph with the truck on the hook all crooked. Swerving all over trying to keep it on the road. And getting on here and seeing all the terrible reviews I’m not surprised

Told me it would be $199 over the phone, attempted to charge me $350 in person. Claimed my car was unlocked when they found it after stealing things from me. Dirty office and horrible customer service.
