If I could put 0 stars I would. This owner of this company is shady. His employees are sketchy, his operation is sketchy, even his Texas Commercial Liability Insurance coverage is shady. My vehicle was involved in hitting an animal. They arrived to tow my damaged vehicle to the collision center. The driver bounced my vehicle off someone else's vehicle in the parking lot and when asked for insurance information from the occupant of the vehicle they struck my car against, the driver LEFT. He was summoned back by CSPD and was still refusing to provide/exchange insurance information. I was NOT notified by this towing company that they had further damaged my vehicle. If CSPD hadn't called, we wouldn't have even KNOWN. In speaking with the the receptionist/Ofc Manager I was repeatedly lied to, sent on a while goose chase for an incident report, then ultimately shutdown and told to contact their insurance company (which they refused to give me the name of though we were NOT at the scene to receive the information they had to be MADE by officers to provide). Do NOT do NOT do NOT use this company. Call someone else. If your insurance company sends them on rotation, refuse svc and ask for a different company. I've filed a complaint with Agero, I will file a complaint with TDLR, and I also fully intend to do one with BBB and any other regulatory svc/agency I can and would encourage anyone else with a similar experience to do the same.

The man who we encountered when picking up the vehicle is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have never met. Just trying to pick up the car after poor signage and he was so mean the whole time. You can hardly see any sign when you walk by. It said customer parking only, in which we were customers. Shady business, rude staff, the most trashy, sketchy, shack looking building hanging on by a thread, mud all in the parking lot junk all over the place. These people are a joke and it is sad that they scam people with this business. I was mad at first but now I feel bad that these people live their lives like this and have to make money in such a crappy way. Sad excuse of a business. Do better. And to those reading this, stay in school so you can avoid living your life this way. I am ashamed this is "Aggie owned" as an Aggie. Y'all should be EMBARRASSED and ashamed of y'all's selves.

Terrible scammers! They towed my son's car the same time he paid. 803pm the spot was paid for and 803pm the car was towed. The brand new car was damaged as well. I have contacted an attorney and will fight this until the end. Total scam and they think they can bully kids. Garbage business and even worse owners! Have put in a complaint with the TDLR with all receipts showing the scam.
