Ongoing Maintenance and Appliance Issues in My Unit I want to start by saying that I’ve always found the management staff to be kind and approachable, which I truly appreciate. However, I feel it’s important to express some ongoing concerns regarding the condition of my unit particularly the appliances and unresolved maintenance issues that have been going on until now May 10, 2025. When I first moved in, I immediately noticed that the dishwasher was moldy. Unfortunately, this led to a serious allergic reaction. I submitted photos of the reaction and was prescribed steroids by my doctor due to mold exposure. It took multiple follow-up calls of 2–3 weeks before the dishwasher was finally replaced.Following that I experienced another deeply distressing situation with the neighbors. They were consistently loud and disrespectful, and in one instance, a neighbor threw trash at me, almost hitting me in the head. I reported this incident both in person and by email, but I never received any kind of acknowledgment or apology, which was disappointing and left me feeling unsafe in my own place. More recently, I’ve been facing persistent issues with the dryer and the kitchen sink. The water pressure is poor, and when I turn on the faucet, water splashes everywhere. The dryer has not been functioning properly for over two months . Maintenance has come to inspect it multiple times, but the problem keeps coming back. What’s most frustrating is the repetitive of these issues. I have to constantly follow up and allow maintenance into my home repeatedly, only to experience the same problems again. As someone who values privacy and stability, this has become mentally and emotionally exhausting.

All through renovations TVABH has been a great spot to live. Management is helpful and the location is incredible. My two bedroom looks great and is so comfortable. I love my neighbors too!!
