When we encountered an issue with the car not starting, he took extra time to troubleshoot and ensure I was not left stranded. He stayed until we confirmed the issue was simply a dead battery that needed charging. His patience and genuine concern made a stressful situation much easier to manage. No one wants to wake up to a massively flat tire. In reality; worst way to start a Monday. It’s cold. I would need to remove too many things in my for for the possibility of a spare tire. So!! I made the choice to have it towed to the tire shop. Whomever answered the phone was so nice. She was also spot on with the timing. Chris, the driver was also great with his communication. Massively impressed!! I’ve saved the number & shared it with my Mum, just in case it’s ever needed again!!

It was an answer to prayer that AAA sent Exavier. The guy was a genius. We had a pickup that had a clutch go out in our back hilly yard. A previous company said they couldn't do anything. He looked and said, "I can get it." I loved his heart, attitude, professionalism. I would use him and Texas Towing 100 out of 100 times. He deserves more stars than 5. Just wow!
