Decided to visit this shop for the required state vehicle inspection. The location is easily accessible, there's plenty of parking, and the door to enter is clearly marked. Walked in, provided necessary info and my car key, then sat down to wait. They have lots of windows so you can see when the technician gets your car and drives it into the working bay. Being a semi (but only semi) paranoid person, I found this comforting because I get nervous about workers wanting to take my car for a joy ride or worse. Thankfully you can be right there and watch them work. Whew! It didn't take long before the inspection was completed. I paid, got the paperwork, and had no trouble getting my license plate tag renewed. It was so easy! 10/10 would return for this service.

I had a great experience with Castle Hills Auto Repair. Kevin corrected an alignment issue on my truck, and now it drives perfectly. He was honest, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on instead of pushing unnecessary work. Pricing was fair, turnaround time was quick, and the work was done right. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but this place definitely earned it. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Service!!! These guys are honest and fair when it comes to services and pricing! It has been so long since I could find a reliable auto service company and these guys are absolutely it! I recommend them to all family members as well! Took my car in for re-alignment and inspection, on top of that weeks later I dropped an item under my center console and they retrieved it and had my vehicle ready same day for both visits. Quick and efficient auto services for sure!
