I had an EXCELLENT experience with Efficient Towing and want to add some important context after seeing an incorrect assumption posted here. Antonio was hired by me directly to tow my son’s vehicle from New Braunfels to a transmission shop in Universal City. To save me a long drive, he very generously offered to meet me in a nearby parking lot so I could hand off the keys — something I truly appreciated. He was NOT soliciting business or engaging in any predatory practices; he was kindly waiting at my request for a scheduled tow. Beyond that, his service was outstanding. He responded quickly, transported the vehicle safely, communicated clearly, and even gave me a significant discount. From first call to delivery, the entire process took about 1.5 hours.
