Our tow truck driver was a great help. He went above and beyond what we called him to help with. After helping load our car on our trailer he made sure to stay and make sure it got strapped down. Highly recommend.

They are very pushy to tow your vehicle to their lot. After a car wreck, I told the gentleman 4x, I want it towed straight to the Toyota dealership in Houston (maybe 15 miles?). The gentlemen kept insisting to tow to their place, trying to educate me on the insurance process, and hoping to dissuade me from having it towed to Toyota. After the 4th time of me saying No, he tells me "Ok it's $350 then." I immediately said that's fine and pulled out my credit card. (Mind you, $350 is a bit ridiculous). He then tells me, and I quote, "there's a 6% credit card fee". 6% is more than what their merchant services would charge, but I didn't care. Gladly paid it. In their defense though, I will say that even though the gentleman was persistent to the point of being a bit annoying, he was professional the whole time. He was never rude, did not treat me unprofessionally, or anything like that. He was a nice guy, just doing his job. But the whole "take it to our lot" policy that they try to push is a bit ridiculous. And the price of the tow and fees seemed ridiculous also, but business is business I suppose. I would just never choose to use this company if it were my choice.

Showed up quickly. There was an issue getting my car on one of the trucks so another one had to come, but both guys were very nice and helpful. They were also reasonably priced compared to others i looked into. I will definitely remember these people if i ever need help. Thanks so much!
