I strongly do not recommend using this company. Stick with a smaller, independent delivery service instead. They accepted the load with no intention of delivering at the requested time. Once the pickup was completed, communication completely broke down. Calls and messages were ignored when I asked for updates, and there was no accountability or transparency. The delivery ended up being three days late, causing unnecessary stress, delays, and disruption to my business. Reliability and communication are critical in transportation, and this company failed on both. If timing and professionalism matter to you, avoid this company and choose a carrier that actually values their customers.
